Manage the ERP within the company, which includes overseeing its integration, maintenance, and continuous improvements to ensure alignment with business needs. Ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs and supports company projects. Act as the main point of contact for ERP-related issues and updates. Ensure that the entire operational process is accurately recorded in the ERP. Ensure that the stock level in the ERP perfectly reflects the company's reality (IA, Transfers, locations...). Create and develop the technical architecture of the ERP (and other systems) to ensure that the company's growth is accurately recorded in the system: Integrations: B2B, retail, marketplaces, warehouses... Technical partner (ERP consultancy) management. Develop, establish & automate cross-functional business processes across all departments. Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement that enhance operational efficiency. Promote strategic alignment and coherence in procedures company-wide. Assist data development within the Operations team. What are we looking for?? Advanced in English & Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundation in ERP systems and process automation. At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems, overseeing integration, maintenance, and continuous improvements to align with business needs and support company projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technical partners, develop technical architecture, and ensure strategic alignment and coherence in procedures across all departments.
