As ERP Support Specialist (Workday), you will support both management and individual group companies within Mimacom & Flowable.
What you'll be doing:
Business Support: Assist business teams in resolving issues related to Workday (Finance, HR, Recruitment, etc.).
Operational Support:
Create and manage Workday reports and oversee monthly reporting processes.
Develop training materials and enhance Workday embedded guides and help texts for internal employees.
New Features: Collaborate with Workday Senior Application Owners to enhance current functionalities and introduce new features.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with finance knowledge.
3+ years of professional experience demonstrating an analytical and logical mindset.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
Experience with ERP software systems such as Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. is a plus.
Fluent in English.
