What you'll be doing: Business support: Support the business teams solving issues they might have in the different areas of Workday, our ERP (Finance, HR, Recruitment, etc.) Operational Support: Create and manage Workday reports and manage monthly reporting processes. Help internal employees use the ERP more easily by creating training material, enhancing Workday embedded guides and help texts, etc. New Features: Work with the Workday Senior Application Owners to develop Workday features by boosting current functionalities and introducing new ones. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with finance knowhow. +3 years professional experience in a role requiring an analytical and logical mindset. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Good written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and across locations. Experience with ERP software systems such as Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. is a plus. Fluent English. What you can expect: Holidays & Flextime: You will enjoy 30 days of vacation.
