Preferred Qualifications Join our team of Business Development Managers who ensure our sales reps are capable of delivering excellent customer experience during sales cycles, beating our competitors, and significantly overachieving upon revenue targets.
The team is focused on creating a recipe for excellent sales execution for sales reps covering customers in our Mid-market team.

Our SaaS Sales Reps need to be masters of the sales processes they manage - from account planning and preparation, demand generation, lead identification, opportunity qualification, deal negotiation and opportunity progression.

The Business Development Team within Mid-Markets ensures that our sales reps are also masters of the SaaS offerings which they bring to market - whether that be CX, HCM or ERPM.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high performing Individual Contributor to grow their leadership skills, network and improve their visibility.
Members of the team work as partners to the Sales Leadership team for Mid-markets, and are central to the execution of the business strategy.

The ERP Strategy Director will: Define the process and content required to be a productive ERP Sales Rep (Messages, Scripts, Presentations, Demos) Identify and deliver to a continuous learning Curriculum for our ERP SaaS portfolio Create the team governance required to maintain alignment and viability of all activity to drive rep success Facilitate face to face Group information/coaching/enablement sessions in the hub Provide some relevant training and development to sales reps to achieve targets Responsibilities: This team ensures that all existing and new hire reps can deliver credible industry specific product solutions to customers and/or partners in their territory within an efficient timeline by:

Developing and executing processes that enable the sales reps to take each ERP sales campaign effectively to their target customers and/or partners Deploying or enabling the reps on the tools that will support them in their execution of campaigns Developing & Managing a complete ERP Learning Framework that enables sales reps to have a comprehensive understanding of the relevant SaaS product(s) on which they focus (i.e.
across one of the CX, HCM or ERPM pillars) Targeted & frequent Tool & Sales Process Enablement workshops, call out days and other activities to support market and partner awareness, and lead identification Requirements: What we offer: Competitive Salary and Benefits Significant potential for career development Opportunity to work with some of the most talented individuals within the sales field A Fantastic work atmosphere in a high growth sales organization Detailed Description and Job Requirements Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues.
Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.
A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence.
Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product's sales opportunities.
Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners.

Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product.
Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection.
Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities.
Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.
