Read more about the role and apply!ResponsibilitiesInvolve and execute roll out activities as functional specialist globally (including pre-study, company configuration, UAT, cutover plan, post live assessment)Ensures strict adherence to the template solution across the projectsEnsure enrichment and continuous development of the template, applying new standard functionalities and featuresSecure that all system changes are being created following Hempel best practiceEnsure that quality in System solution & architecture is present at all timesProviding input and actions to development of competencies within trackQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related areaMin.4 years of experience using Microsoft ERP in the applicable track (customer care preferred, sales/supply chain will be a plus)Experience in implementing ERP projects using Dynamics365FOExposure to Azure DevOps, Office 365, Share point, Visio, LCS will be an advantageKnowledge of SQLTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft DynamicsFluent in English - spoken and writtenCompetencesAbility to be positive in ever changing and demanding circumstances, towards people & responsibilitiesAbility delegate activities, and be a mentor for new hiresAbility to communicate constructively and precisely in relation to others both verbally and in writingAbility to contribute actively to joint results even in matters, which are not of immediate personal interest.What we offerInternational and non-corporate work environmentAccess to Hempel Academy platformTeam building activitiesAdditional information Our office is located in Gdansk or BUK (Niepruszewo), Poland, Copenhagen, Denmark, Pinneberg, Germany or Barcelona, Spain.
