The operations are implemented by field teams and the mission coordination teams; together with the organizational units based in Barcelona and decentralized in Nairobi, Bogota, Dakar and Amman.PROGRAMME CONTEXTWithin the PROGRAMME, held three main strategical Projects:AKIBA: A Supply Chain Management & Logistics Solutions that aim to be deployed in 2025.
This ERP based on Microsoft Finance & Operations is replacing various obsolete legacy solutions and with a scope that covers both Head Quarter and the Programs.FINIS: Finance Solutions based also on Microsoft Finance & Operations.
It will start its design and implementation in Q1 2025 with the objectives of being deployed before 2027 in Head Quarter and 2030 in the Field.
It will replace mainly SAP and other satellites solutions.HRIS: A Human Resources Solution that will start its design and implementation in Q1 2025 with the objectives of being deployed before 2027.
It will replace mainly SAP and other satellites solutions.POSITION CONTEXTThe ERP Integration & QA Technician will be hierarchically accountable to the Technical Leader, within the Projects and IT unit.He / She will also work closely with:The main subject matter experts (SME) from the Projects & IT units, for the design, customization, development, testing and deployment of the three solutions.The three Functional Leaders and the Communications and eLearning Referent to ensure that the technical developments are aligned and synchronized within the Projects.The different partners that will work on the Project's implementations.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKSDevelop in collaboration with suppliers the integrations between ERPs, Power Platform, other OCBA Systems, and external tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Perform hands-on tasks and maintain the integrations.Define and execute comprehensive QA process across all developments.
Support both manual and automated testing strategies to ensure robust quality control.Work closely with implementation partners to design architecture for customizations and integrations that meets project requirements, scalability, and security standards, maintaining best practices in solution design.Participate in design, implementation, testing, debugging, performance tuning, documentation, validation, and support.Work with information security teams to ensure customizations and integration meet regulatory and organizational standards for data privacy and security.Maintain detailed technical documentation for all developments including integrations, workflows, data mappings, and troubleshooting guidelines to support long-term maintenance and knowledge sharing.Serving as an effective communicator in problem resolution and management.Collaborating with teams to improve automation and the knowledge base for application services.Provide ongoing maintenance and support for all developments, including integrations and ERP solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, provide root-cause analysis, and optimize performance as needed.Actively monitor and engage with other OCs to identify advancements in business applications, technical innovations, and ERP solutions.
Leverage these insights to recommend improvements to OCBA's Business applications.Contribute to the sharing of knowledge to the organization in the areas under his/her responsibility.SELECTION CRITERIAEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of Infor ERP systems and their modules.
Preferably MS DYNAMICS and/or WORKDAY and/or SUCCESS FACTOR and/or SUPPLY CHAIN ERP and/or HR ERP and/or FINANCE ERP)Experience in customization and integrations in for large-scale ERP implementation.Experience in reviewing of solutions and provide assessments during roll-in of projects into support phase and suggest improvement measures.English as working language, French and Spanish desirable.Certifications in Microsoft integrations and security are desirable.Technical skillsExperience with ERP modules within one or more product lines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and solve complex business application problems in an ERP environment.Good understanding of main concepts and trends in ICT / digital technologies, like connectivity and networks, cloud computing, cybersecurity, applications, etc.An understanding of the principles and practice of user centered design/product development.Experience in deploying and managing test automation tools such as RSAT, Selenium, Leapwork, or similar tools is required.Knowledge of low-code programming is desirable.Knowledge of database management and scripting in both NoSQL (preferably Dataverse) and SQL is desirable.Experience in performing data migrations and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services, middleware such as WCF or BizTalk Server.CONDITIONSPosition based in any MSF OCBA Hub (Barcelona, MSF-Spain office delegations, Amman, Bogota, Dakar or Nairobi).
Final location will be subject to the employability of the preselected candidate (residency, work permit, etc.
).Duration: until project implementation (mid 2028).
Full Time job.Annual gross salary: HQ-4A, (divided into twelve monthly payments) + Secondary Benefits based on the MSF-OCBA Reward Policy.
