Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) Implement the digital strategy aligned with the Digital Marketing strategy, Business Group global strategy and marketing plan. Coordinate all digital marketing activities in the Business Group Personal Care, in collaboration with local & digital & communication teams to improve customer experience across all countries. Steer & manage key digital projects such as our Customer portal, Virtual Visitor. Managing, advising and executing end-to-end and multi-channel Digital Marketing campaigns, to generate leads for our Sales teams, covering different touchpoints such as Marketing Automation (Pardot), SEA, owned & paid media, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Monitor, evaluate and optimize digital marketing campaigns (with Marketing Communication specialist) providing actionable insights to local sales & digital teams. Owner of the Business Group section on the company website, constantly looking for opportunities to convert visitors into prospects by offering a great customer experience through relevant and valuable content and dedicated landing pages. Coordinate actions for our global social media channels. Coordinate & maintain our Business group Sharepoint. Select, recommend & implement the right best-in-class digital tools to support all functions (e.G., Showpad for sales). Data monitoring & analyses (amongst other Google analytics) for periodic and ad hoc reporting, data-driven actions and continuous optimization. Be the main point of contact for internal digital systems coordination (such as Sales Force, Onbase, etc.). Empresa Multinacional | Digital Marketing Manager Sector: Química Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or comparable. Strong interest in a career in Digital Marketing with first experience of 3-5 years within an international organization (B2B in cosmetic industry is a plus). Very strong English speaking and writing skills - native English speaker is a plus! Creative and good communicator - experienced in the use of social media. Experienced in the use of marketing automation software (Pardot), CRM (Sales Force) and website design (Sitecore). Strong understanding of SEO & SEA campaign, targeted advertising. Strong team player, comfortably liaise with colleagues from different backgrounds. Self-starter who is well organized with an eye for detail and design. The client offers a comprehensive and complementary product portfolio covering a broad range of sectors in the Spanish speciality chemical market.
