NAME: Equipment Officer
DEPARTMENT: Operations
MISSION: Manage equipment stocks & provisions for a determined area within the Agency and regarding the logistics strategy set by the Group.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS: All CMA CGM Iberica Departments, HO, Other Agencies.
FUNCTIONS: Analyze and manage stocks (Track and monitor idle units)Consolidate and provide report for equipment forecasts & availabilityOrganize empty repositioningFollow bookings to anticipate provision needsRelease & redeliver equipmentCoordinate container on hire / off hire / sublease / sales Supervise and assist SSC in tracking activitiesManage Seal StockAssist SSC in invoice validation whenever necessary
