We believe in rewarding and recognizing individual performances within highly professional teams supported by our distinctive values.We offer an exciting and attractive career in an ambitious and competitive environment with the possibility of continuous professional and personal development across a world-class organization.Responsibilities:Ensure relevant mainliner vessels are fully utilized on departure from Europe through intense coordination with Ocean Fulfillment leads, Feeder fulfillment, and Area Equipment EMR teams.Design 'Standard Evacuation Plan' for Reefer containers aligned with Center requirements and seasonality in Europe and Latin America, covering peak seasons in both areas.Ensure Special (e.g., 40' Open Top containers) equipment is distributed among Europe locations efficiently and our plans meet Center Equipment requirements.Ensure we meet current and future commercial requirements in all Europe areas, in accordance with priorities agreed with the Market teams.Manage empty stock projections in the hub ports through close coordination with the Hub organization.Collaborate with local Equipment EMR teams to optimize yard density and remove waste (reduce longstanding, move out surplus to more cost-efficient locations, and more) and support their export performance.Support forecasting accuracy for all equipment types by closely collaborating with commercial and EE colleagues in the areas, promoting awareness of empty positioning costs.Identify bottlenecks in the flow of empty containers and address them with relevant stakeholders.Implement cost-saving initiatives through collaboration with Finance Business Partners.Support our Headquarter IT teams in the development of relevant tech platforms.What we are looking for:Analytical thinking.Agility and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Customer centricity.Proactive communication.Understanding of business cases and trade-offs.Self-starter and forward-looking.Basic understanding of Python/SQL would be beneficial.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
