Will be key to consolidate product positioning in front of current and future competitors, aiming to keep dynamic market leadership despite fierce competition during the coming years. Developing excellent relationships and knowledge with current and future targets will be key for preparing future indications launch readiness.Main responsibilities:Co-lead together with the other MKT partner the strategy and preparation of the marketing plan of the assigned indication, in accordance with the objectives and the guidelines of the Therapeutic Area Leader (TAL).Analyse the market and competition situation, integrating all the necessary information (market analysis reports, ad-hoc studies, field trips with the sales force and visits-consultations with opinion leaders, etc.), to ensure the adaptation of actions to the needs of the market, identify opportunities and make proposals that allow the Company to anticipate its evolution.Get involved and participate together with the TAL & partners in MKT in the definition of the annual Marketing Budget (definition of sales and investment forecasts) and the Long Range Plan (3-5 years).Supervise and control the A&P budget assigned to the brand under their responsibility, maximizing the resources to obtain the budgeted objectives.Coordinate the effective execution of the marketing plan in coordination with other functions (especially Medical Affairs, Market Access, Public Affairs, Communication, Business Excellence, and Sales).Capture relevant opinions from external stakeholders to integrate them into the definition of the marketing strategy and tactical plans.Maintain optimal knowledge of the reality of the market and the perception of customers about the actions and materials designed by Marketing, through continuous contact with the sales team, to ensure that the design of marketing actions takes into account the real needs of the market and customers.Maintain regular contacts with Global Marketing Team to obtain and provide information on products, strategies and markets and coordinate events organized by Global Marketing Team at the local level.Carry out and impart marketing training for the products under their responsibility, guided self-training courses for New Hires, and distance.Strengthen external support for the product and learn about customer expectations, as well as the strategies of the competition, by attending conferences, meetings, expert committees and regular contact with opinion leaders and medical societies, with whom you must establish a close partnership relationship.
