Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible and accountable for leading, organizing, motivating, and managing geo-diverse teams using agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality products that meet user story stated success criteria.
You may coordinate division-wide team initiatives that align with organizational objectives and support our divisional backlog.
You're going to frequently wear multiple hats and exchange them fluently in an exciting environment with a great team and opportunities to be a leader, business analyst, scrum master, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product manager, coach/mentor, and project manager.
Your Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in Project Manager, Scrum Master, Software Engineer, or Database Developer roles
- Experience managing large-scale strategic projects in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and providing daily feedback to grow your team
- Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills who can facilitate, negotiate, mentor, coach, collaborate, and build strong agile teams
