.Job description: We are looking for an EPC Planning Engineer to join a recently created EPC Projects division. You will be able to grow and become a lead planner in a growing department for complex industrial engineering projects in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Preparation and update of the project schedule level 2 and 3 in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases, including client interaction as well as preparation of weekly and monthly reports. Control and follow up of subcontractors in charge of the Engineering, Procurement, Erection and Commissioning. Review, monitoring and preparing project schedule report summaries (including Engineering Master Document List (MDL), Procurement Schedule, Expediting Report, S-Curve and Progress & Invoice Monthly Report) of Master Schedule that have been assigned. Manage the necessary resources for the different phases of the project. Elaboration of project progress curves based on resources and quantities. Preparation of supporting documents and detailed schedules for possible claims. Preparation of detailed construction and commissioning schedules based on performances and quantities. Preparation of project quantity curves. Due to the requirements of the position, interpersonal skills are a must in order to communicate adequately with all actors involved.Required academic degree: Relevant engineering degree. Valuable/desired additional education: Project management. Required experience: 5 years in project planning and scheduling, including at least 3 years of proven experience in complex EPC industrial projects. Desired experience in project risk analysis. Desired experience in project cost control. Desired Business Intelligence (BI) experience. Software requirements: Must be proficient with Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Office tools. Valuable: Primavera Unifier, Primavera Risk Analysis, ERP (SAP, Navision). Languages: English: Required advanced level both spoken and written. French: Desirable advanced level both spoken and written. Job location: The first project requires temporarily for the job to be performed locally near Midelt and from the project office in Casablanca, Morocco. Type of position: This is a long term position. After the end of this project, estimated to be over in 07/2026, you will be based again in the HQ in Madrid, Spain.
