Your responsibilities :
You administer and manage EPC contracts for the construction of PV and Wind Power Plants in Europe, coordinating with other teams such as the Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Project Management and Legal.
You are responsible, in collaboration with other teams, for the internal coordination of all EPC contract related matters during the preparation, negotiation, signing, and construction phases.
You organize and maintain records of the correspondence with clients and subcontractors which refers to the EPC contracts.
You ensure contract compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
You maintain an overview of the main EPC contract related deadlines and terms.
You take care that all related EPC contract documentation is up-to-date.
You contribute to our success if :
You have completed your degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable degree.
You possess at least 5 years of Project Management experience, or Contract / Subcontract Management experience, or similar role(s), dealing with EPC Projects / similar ones, ideally for PV and Wind Power Plants.
You are willing to travel occasionally if needed.
You are business fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese or German language skills are a plus!
