España is one of the most important service providers in the country, servicing several renewable energy plants in the Iberian Peninsula and the Spanish Islands.What You Will Do:You will take the lead responsibility for all operational and strategic activities around Project Management of CI projects: Mainly based on Photovoltaic (PV) as the core technology for on-site renewable power generation, combined with battery storage, EV charging, and Energy Management Systems (EMS).You will develop, grow, and enable a team of Project Managers (3 direct reports) to perform economically valuable projects, requirements, regulatory and legal framework.You will secure sustainable improvement of the business processes for Project Management and Construction Services, focusing on cost competitiveness, project implementation efficiency, subcontractor management, and client satisfaction.You will be responsible for the project cost and margin management of the total project pipeline as well as steering for particularly single strategic projects.You manage budget, timeline, and quality according to the defined requirements and report to internal KPI and metrics.You provide technical skills and lessons learnt to enhance internal processes and optimize quality and costs of our products.You consider at any time the best practices concerning environment, health, and occupational safety issues.What You Bring:An engineering degree and a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in construction or technical project management.PMI Certified Project Management Professional (or an IPMA C certification).Team management experience with multiple technical and commercial functions for several years.Strong project management and implementation capabilities in project management of EPC contracts for systems, facilities, or infrastructures.You are familiar with processes and main stakeholders in the PV self-consumption business, ideally within the legal framework in Spain and Portugal.Practice in planning, controlling and steering project portfolios in the whole project lifecycle.Experience in optimizing and scaling the project delivery processes related to project management and project coordination.A deep insight of commercial and operational challenges, especially the needs and requirements of CI clients as well as for efficient and high-quality implementation of renewable energy solutions.Extensive and excellent experience in leadership and people management, being a natural leader and an inspiring example to improve the strengths and motivation of team members at different levels.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as transaction, decision making and execution capabilities.Focused on achieving results and capable of challenging customers, superiors, colleagues, and staff in the company to implement ideas and strategies, always based on sound argument.Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, ability to respond to disruptive environments, seeing disruptive events as an opportunity rather than a threat to re-create the business.What We Are Ready To Offer You:Mobile workingFlexible working hours27 days of holidays24.12.
