You will have high a bar when it comes to autonomously conduct research, whilst also being a keen champion of the discipline across your stakeholders. At TravelPerk, Product Research underpins our design process end-to-end. You'll be working side-by-side with fellow Researchers, Designers, Product Managers, Content Designers, and Localization Specialists to shape the future of business travel. You'll be comfortable designing and undertaking methodologically robust investigations, as well as disseminating actionable insights to help bring the voice of our customers to the core of our platform. This role can be based from London or Barcelona and requires you to be in the office once per week. **What you'll do**:- You'll lead research projects end-to-end across multiple squads, managing business and time constraints whilst doing so- Collate and disseminate various threads of insights into easy-to-digest and actionable recommendations- Enable Designers and Product Managers to plan, conduct, and analyse their own research pieces- Collaborate with fellow researchers to cross-pollinate insights and findings across the organisation- Understand behavioural patterns across different devices and contexts and use these findings to improve our products- Develop a strong partnership with your squads' stakeholders to champion user needs and research best-practices- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the Research team processes and best-practices- Influence and support the growth of the team through hiring, networking, and sourcing future team members
