Your RoleSupported by a large team of legal, technical, and investigative professionals, you will be the customer-facing expert negotiating amicable outcomes with C-level executives from large corporations to exciting new start-ups looking to change the world.Qualifying an interest and leading a conversation to resolve uncompliant matters amicably.Helping companies to become compliant software users.Being an active listener, identifying pain points and turning obstacles into opportunities.Collaborating with local partners, legal teams, and regional sales management to keep control of the entire process from first contact to final settlement.As part of a large international team, you will be able to leverage the cumulative experience of us all while bringing in your own experience and knowledge to support our ethical and sustainable growth.Your QualificationsBased in Barcelona or willing to relocate.Education requirement: BS degree.At least 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Software Solutions.Proven active listening, objection handling, and negotiation skills.Experience guiding customers to make the right decision within complex situations involving multiple stakeholders and their individual needs.Ability to motivate people to follow through and deliver on agreed deadlines.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Self-disciplined, business ownership mindset with an ability to forecast, plan, manage, document, and deliver on time.Excellent speaker of English and an additional language (Italian and French preferred).Business ownership mindset to monitor revenue streams and prioritize tasks in an efficient manner.
