.Job Description Summary: Reporting directly to the Services Leader, the Field Services Team Leader is responsible for managing part of the Grid Automation Field Service organization, developing Field Service Application offerings, and proactively collaborating with the Service regional organization and Service COEs. Must have advanced technical expertise in power system design and operation as well as knowledge of our grid automation products and systems, covering the full array of services and customers in the region.The Field Service Team Leader will be responsible for:Developing local & remote service organization. Be a sound leader who inspires and leads team members.Promoting service offerings.Owning plans and actions with the goal of expanding our activities in the region, segments, and accounts.Meeting revenue and margin objectives for the different segments.Helping to define service solutions and technical architectures.Supporting the team in providing advanced technical support and being a trusted advisor to customers.Supporting Sales & Tendering teams in presales activities and on service offer preparation.EHS Leadership, ensuring work is conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and encouraging accurate employee safety practices.Providing installation, testing, commissioning, and service direction on-site and remotely.Liaising effectively with customers in job planning, execution, follow-up, and sales support, and internally with engineering departments, manufacturing, and Sales team.Providing both external and internal timely, accurate, professional reports.Providing, auditing, and implementing quality control requirements for on-site activities.Communicating schedule details, project milestones, manpower requirements, quality issues, and tools/equipment requirements to the appropriate individuals.Leveraging applicable Lean/6-Sigma projects.Qualifications/Requirements:Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.Experience in Energy/Utility Project environments.Proficiency level in English. Other languages valued.Willingness and ability to travel (Around 30% of the time).Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a strong customer focus and ability to cooperate with different departments.A rigorous team working approach with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and self-learning aptitude.Must be a motivator, self-starter, and dedicated team player with a sense of urgency and an ability to work to tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High interpersonal skills.Experience with electrical Protection relays and Control systems (LV, MV & HV).Desired Characteristics:Background in Electrical Control Systems and SCADA/DCS systems.GA P&C; and SAS products deep knowledge.GA M&D; product line knowledge.Ability to organize, prioritize and achieve milestones and deliverables.Open to working extended hours and weekends if the situation requires
