We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and self-motivated Development Executive in our Scripted Originals team in Spain.
As Creative Executive reporting to the VP and the Director of Local Originals (LOP) in Spain, you will leverage your experience as a creative in development, using your knowledge to bring new projects from idea to launch.
You will attend pitches and review material to provide informed and productive feedback and notes and will be part of building the original content slate for Max in Spain, joining a dynamic and enthusiastic team.Your Role AccountabilitiesReception of projects and management of contact with production companies and creators of such materials.Participation in the definition and execution of the original scripted content strategy for Iberia.Reading and analysis of presentations, dossiers, bibles, and scripts to assess their potential and alignment with the company's editorial vision.Participation in all stages of creative management of scripted production from initial development to final delivery.Establishing and maintaining strong and fluid relationships with production companies and creative teams.Collaborating closely with the MAX production team to ensure content coherence within established budget margins.Qualifications ExperiencePrevious experience in the audiovisual sector in the field of analysis and management of scripted content (feature films and/or TV shows).Solid knowledge of the Spanish industry landscape, particularly in terms of market trends and both established and emerging talent.Competent communication skills and ability to write reports and dossiers.Proactivity and understanding of teamwork needs between internal editorial and production departments as well as in relation to external companies and talent.How We Get Things DoneThe Legal Bits #J-18808-Ljbffr
