Do you want to actively participate in improving environmental processes?At Draxton Lleida, located between Cervera and Tàrrega, we are looking to hire an Environmental Technician. In this role, you will develop and monitor the environmental policies at our plant, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving continuous improvement.You will report hierarchically to the Plant Management and functionally to the Environmental Manager. Main Responsibilities:
Manage product inventories and coordinate deliveries and stock.
Oversee the control and change of lubricants and fluids, as well as the cleaning of machines.
Perform routine visual inspections of lubrication systems and ensure proper condition and filter replacements.
Coordinate the safe segregation and disposal of waste lubricants.
Promote environmental awareness among employees.
Propose improvements for the selection, reuse, and/or recycling of generated waste.
Conduct training on environmental topics.
Participate in and prepare for annual ISO 14.001 audits, adapting and following up on the standard.
Declare hazardous and non-hazardous packaging and waste.
Control environmental documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education in environmental studies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role within industrial companies.

Full-time with flexible hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM/9:00 AM start, with the end of the day from 5:30 PM. Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
