.Description:The Environmental Manager defines, leads, and monitors the implementation of Arrow's environmental policies and action plans, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements and current country regulations across EMEA.Environmental Strategy and Coordination:Participate in EMEA initiatives to improve Arrow's environmental performance by defining and prioritizing actions.Contribute to environmental initiatives: drive continuous improvement processes.Coordinate with internal departments to integrate environmental considerations into company activities through quarterly meetings, dashboard management, and recognition of achievements.Environmental Monitoring and Reporting:Ensure compliance and customer satisfaction, raise awareness among employees about customer requirements and document organizational systems.Oversee and manage the assessment of the carbon footprint by country.Assist managers and teams in defining, prioritizing and executing carbon reduction initiatives.Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of environmental initiatives and report progress to top management.Environmental Focus:Improve carbon footprint and life cycle assessments by examining data, methodologies, and processes across the workflow from procurement to sales.Support the implementation of eco-responsible principles and actions.Engage cross-functional teams to optimize processes and minimize emissions and waste.Communication and Awareness:Promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness actions (intranet, campaigns, quizzes, meetings, etc.) and sessions for all employees.Regularly prepare and publish reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.Provide advisory support to various company departments.Represent the company to regulatory authorities in environment and professional bodies when needed.Contribute to responses to client tenders/RFIs.Participate in external seminars, conferences, or professional meetings.Support regional teams, mobilizing key personnel to implement the action plan at all levels of the structure, defining tasks and holding regular meetings.Requirements:Fluent in French & English (written and spoken).Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.Master's degree in Quality and Environment.Proven experience in environmental management, developing sustainable strategies, and environmental compliance, preferably in IT.Knowledge in quality management & ISO certifications.Strong project management and coordination skills.Rigorous, available, autonomous, organized, with good interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.Ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive organizational change, and convey complex environmental concepts to diverse audiences.Behavioral Competencies:Versatility and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-project environment
