We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented legal intern to support our QC Spanish Team in assessing land opportunities for solar PV projects across Spain. This role involves legal research, land prospecting, and administrative support to ensure project compliance with local regulations and streamline development processes. The ideal candidate is pursuing a career in legal or environmental land development and is keen to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy projects.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Land Prospecting and AssessmentConduct desktop research to identify land suitable for Solar PV development in Spain using various tools, including land prospecting software, Google Earth, SIGPAC Visors, regional mapping tools, and the cadastral website.Perform preliminary analyses of identified sites, reviewing environmental, urban planning, and legal considerations, and assessing local planning regulations for each area.Administrative and Legal SupportAssist with administrative processes related to grid bonds and urban compatibility reports, working closely with local councils and regulatory bodies to meet project requirements.Support the QC Team in reviewing ownership titles, option lease agreements, and call options to ensure compliance and feasibility for project development.What We OfferThis internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in the renewable energy industry while working within a dedicated, expert team in Spain. Successful candidates will gain insights into the legal, administrative, and environmental considerations of solar PV project development.ConditionsSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00h to 14:00h (25h per week)Period: 6 monthsBased in Seville.RequirementsQualificationsLanguage Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in both written and spoken Spanish and English are required.Legal Knowledge: Currently enrolled in the final year of the Law Degree, preferably with special interest in environmental law, Or ADE, or a similar degree program at Universitiy of Seville or UPO. Only a few pending subjects left to complete your degree. Familiarity with Spanish land and property law, especially in renewable energy, urban planning, or environmental regulations, is a plus.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for details in legal documents and administrative processes.
