Our goal is to make Cisco a healthy and safe place to work for everyone, everywhere.What You'll DoThe Regional EHS Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Cisco's global EHS programs. This role ensures compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and our internal policies.You will work cross-functionally with various departments to promote a safety culture throughout the organization. As the Regional EHS Program Manager you will lead the Internal Prevention Services for Cisco Spain as detailed in the local regulations as well as supporting regional EHS initiatives. In Spain you will be taking on direct management of at least three specialties of the five required specialties while ensuring the remaining specialties are delivered as required by external providers. Your responsibilities will include among others:Develop and implement global EHS policies, procedures, and programs that follow regulatory requirements and align with Cisco's goals.Provide EHS training and education to employees, contractors, and other partners to foster a safe and environmentally responsible working environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies on EHS matters, including reporting, permitting, and inspections.Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses for any EHS-related incidents, identify corrective actions and develop preventative action plans to prevent recurrence.Conduct regular EHS audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Manage EHS documentation and records in accordance with local legal requirements and Cisco's document retention policies.Management and ownership of the local safety committee meetings and corporate safety initiatives.Support regional EHS objectives in EMEA.Being the bridge between the EHS team and local partners providing expertise, guidance, and support to enable understanding and compliance with EHS processes, systems, and requirements.Who You AreWe are looking for you, if you are a highly organized, people person with a proactive management style.
