Job Purpose: To develop divisional strategy for the GCC business units alongside the Sr. European Business Unit Director. To work with the business unit team towards achievement of overall market and market share growth through the development and execution of business and marketing plans. One of the main responsibilities will be to lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance and support.

Responsibilities: Responsible for growing TD SYNNEX's share of wallet (market share) with the vendor(s). Contribution of new ideas for planning and execution at strategic and operational levels. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the business unit market position. Identify and qualify new vendors and manage the end-to-end onboarding process from contract negotiation through to launch. Support the development and execution of marketing plans alongside the Business Managers and Marketing team. Input into forecasting and planning processes. Development of key channel relationships. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Presence and profile of the business unit internally and externally. Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and deals in alignment with country directors. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform business development strategies and decisions. Lead and manage the business development team. Knowledge Skills and Experience: Commercial awareness. Highly numerate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Strategic thinking. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. High attention to detail and accuracy. A knowledge of product and technology portfolio within the Components, Storage, and/or Server industries. Customer Focus. Excellent written and face-to-face communication skills. Initiative. Interpersonal Skills. Ability to influence sales teams. Building structured sales activity.
