IntroductionYour Role and ResponsibilitiesAssists clients in the selection, implementation and support of the Ariba Spend Management suite of software products (including Procurement, Sourcing, Managed Services and Supplier Management).
This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
Enterprise Spend Management (ESM) is enterprise software and services that allow companies to integrate their analysis, sourcing, contracting, procurement, and reconciliation processes into a single, cohesive system.ESM provides enterprise-wide visibility and control needed to efficiently manage and leverage spend.Required Technical and Professional Expertise- 1-2 years of experience in Ariba buying solutions leading and configuring buying + guided buying (look up tables, CEME files, catalogs, approval flows, users and groups, supplier collaboration).- Participate in the design and solutioning of SAP Ariba implementations in downstream procurement processes supporting the client's needs.- Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the clients' area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new processes.- Package Consultant-SAP Ariba Buying.- Languages required: English, Spanish.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Ariba Source to Contract experience.About Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
