Entry Level Content Moderator In Malta For German Speakers

HYBRID Key Responsibilities: Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content in German to ensure it adheres to community standards and legal requirements. Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or fraudulent content to relevant teams. Keep up-to-date with content policies and guidelines to ensure accurate moderation. Assist in maintaining the safety and quality of the platform by consistently applying moderation policies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content-related issues and improve overall moderation processes. Provide feedback and contribute to policy updates as needed. Qualifications: Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level). Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive or challenging content with professionalism. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus but not required (training will be provided). Familiarity with social media platforms or online communities is a bonus.
