To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.Com THE ROLE As Enterprise Engineer in the Global Implementation Practice team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery and testing of the technical aspects of our Global Payroll projects. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between our Strada solutions and client systems, while adhering to our Project Implementation Methodology (PIX). RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Coordination: Oversee the delivery of technical aspects of projects, including initial system deployment, integrations, data mapping, and system testing. Solution Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Strada solutions, particularly Strada Exchange, to ensure optimal implementation. Project Delivery: Be aware of project phases and timelines, monitor and report on project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, client counterparts, Enterprise Architect and Project Management. Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to data security procedures and best practices. REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years of experience in implementing or working with global HR and Payroll solutions. In-depth knowledge of Alight solutions, particularly Strada Exchange and euHReka payroll. Knowledge of integration technologies and data mapping. (iDoc, CPI, PECI, SFTP, API, …) Familiarity with Strada's organization, tools and processes (ServiceNow, Strada Assist, JIRA, Smartsheets, …) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated to continuously learn and to work independently and as part of an international team. Relevant bachelor's degree.
