What you'll do:Drive strategic high-impact topics, explore new growth opportunities (e.g., in industries and services) and implement projects to tap these opportunities.Work closely with founders and senior management team (e.g., reporting for investors, company-wide projects, business development, special events, etc.
).Ensure the successful scaling and internationalization of Buynomics in close cooperation with the management team.Optimize existing processes across all areas and between different teams (e.g., product, sales, customer value, etc.
).Select, implement, or develop technological tools to improve the operational efficiency of our internal teams. What you'll need:Completed master's degree in the field of economics, business, or a related area with a strong academic track record.More than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, private equity, high-growth startups, VC, etc.
