The Role: Be the founder of your own start-up. Validate a business model, lead the launch of your start-up while ensuring product-market fit. Scale it until Exit. To do this, you will have the support of The Lab Venture's multidisciplinary team, capital, network, tools, and resources. Who are we looking for? You have excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish, and excellent negotiation and business development skills. You are able to lead multidisciplinary teams and are a team player yourself. You are resilient, excel under pressure, and can work with uncertainty. You have analytical, organizational, and methodological abilities. You have experience in consulting, technology/startups, or investment banking.
