About the Job Enterprise Customers across the world are the first ones to embrace workflows to unlock the power of scale to enhance clinical excellence and improve operational efficiencies. We are looking for a seasoned professional adept with workflows in health care services organizations. The role is focused on consultative selling of workflow solutions to DSO customers as they undergo digital transformation and seek support in driving the adoption of technology both in their clinical and business journeys.
Key Responsibilities: Assess existing and north star workflow requirements of key customers to map roadmap fitment for the Straumann portfolio.Provide inputs to improve and enhance the roadmap as needed both for broader integrations and customized local needs.Drive lead generation activities for workflow deals within existing and new markets.Support and enable local teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities – conduct customer workshops, conduct presentations, engage with operations leads, build KOLs.Create business models in collaboration with BU teams and ES global teams to create EMEA relevant commercial solutions.Establish a commercial pricing framework in line with existing products to define services and solutions revenue streams in workflow selling.Establish winning SLAs for successful revenue growth of workflow business within the DSO space in collaboration with customer support and service teams in BU and local countries.Coach and strengthen local capabilities for workflow selling to enhance commercial success through scalability.Drive Clinical credibility development of workflow solutions within the region in close collaboration with Clinical Affairs team members through liaison with universities, labs, and research institutes.About the Ideal Candidates: Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.Minimum experience: Sales (2-3 years), business development (1-3 years), IT systems experience (as user or as a vendor), health care services experience (delivery or vendor).Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.Can-do attitude with a well-grounded approach.Comfortable working with a matrix organization.Can work with indirect influence roles.Position is open in Madrid, Spanish contract.
