Job Summary:Are you interested in working with the largest global organizations as they navigate dynamic and disruptive transformation projects? The Amazon Web Services Professional Services team is looking for Enterprise Service Managers (ESM) that can manage the working relationship with global organizations, develop a long-term Professional Services strategy, and execute that strategy within those accounts.The ESM is the 'client partner' and trusted advisor for our largest customers, overseeing a portfolio of projects across the clients' landscape. AWS Professional Services engage in a wide variety of projects, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base. We are obsessed with delivering success for our customers and collaborate across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams.Responsibilities:Long-term development of Global OrganizationsDevelopment of long-term Cloud Strategy for customersIdentify & develop specific opportunities and supporting business casesDeal shaping, including estimations and deal pricingContract negotiations & closingPlanning and implementation of a portfolio of projects, including budget & deliverable responsibilitiesMitigation of delivery risks & issuesOverseeing delivery of projects in account, ensuring high-quality deliveryAct as single point of contact for Customer executives, developing deep, trustful relationsEducate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value propositionEnvision and inspire customersCoaching Customer and Partner teams to be self-sufficientThis is a customer-facing role. You will be required to travel to client locations to sell and deliver professional services as needed within the region.About the Team:We embrace our differences and are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion. Our team values work-life balance and offers flexibility in working hours.Minimum Requirements:10+ years of IT consulting/management experience, with demonstrated IT Digital Transformation experience in customer-facing rolesEnergy value chain experience covering significant portions of Oil, Gas, and/or UtilitiesBusiness consulting experience in transforming customer operations through technologyLarge Energy company account executive experience in IT and business consultingExperience with contract and statement of work developmentBackground in enterprise IT management frameworks (e.G., COBIT, ITIL)Broad enterprise systems technology experience including IaaS/virtualization technologies, cloud, ML/AI#J-18808-Ljbffr
