We're searching for an Enterprise Service Manager (ESM) to join the Telco, Media and Entertainment, Games, and Sports global practice of the AWS Professional Services (ProServe). The ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight and program management in those accounts.
Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.
Key job responsibilities Engaging with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolio, and to attain trusted advisor statusDeveloping a long-term Cloud Strategy for customersIdentification and development of specific opportunities and business value propositionsDeal shaping; including estimations and deal pricingContract negotiations, and closingWork with our shared delivery teams, and partner to oversee delivery of projects, and attainment of revenue About the team
