Job Summary:Supermicro is now looking for 2 experienced, successful and proven Enterprise Sales Managers in Spain to sell Supermicro's broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government & enterprise end customers in Spain and Portugal. The candidate should possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal candidate must have a strong, credible and professional working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segmentBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related fieldStrong team playerPrior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate or public/governmental customersStrong persuasive and negotiating skillsExtremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasksProfessionalism combined with a passion for creativityAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse cultureNative German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.Qualifications:College degree or equivalent work experience preferably in high tech industryMinimum 2 years of sales and business development experiencePreferred experience in sales of servers to enterprise clientsStrong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographiesTrack record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makersDemonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory managementExperience entering, tracking and reporting data on lead activityConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsMust have Microsoft Excel knowledgeMulti-task and time management skills are a mustProficient in English and additional language is a huge plusSelf-admin skills are a mustSalary Range:Base salary $70-80K
