The Global Enterprise Solutions team of Straumann Group develops and fosters long-term business partnerships with large scale DSOs across the globe. It fully leverages our brands and services across all product segments (Implants, Bone regeneration, Digital, Orthodontics and Preventive) through winning business concepts and differentiated solutions and services to be the preferred partner of choice for DSOs.
Job purpose:
An instrumental part of our Enterprise offering is learning and capability building. The Enterprise Clinical Education & Market Execution Manager will ensure a high standard of education for clinicians by advancing our customized and scalable clinical pathways that englobe the Straumann Group portfolio (Implant, Prosthetic, Ortho and Biomaterial solutions). These pathways are designed to enhance client outcomes for implant and restorative solutions. The role involves facilitating the implementation of the Enterprise Academy through a combination of hybrid and standard training programs for partner institutes. This initiative aims to promote uniform and scalable clinical education and enable external partners to activate resources based on regional requirements. Additionally, it ensures optimization of integrated pathways across business units to support the Enterprise Solutions and Services.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Your role will include:
Develop and manage comprehensive clinical education programs tailored to the needs of clinicians in the healthcare industry.
Advance clinical pathways designed to improve outcomes for implant and restorative solutions.
Facilitate the implementation of the Enterprise Academy through hybrid and standard training programs for partner institutes.
Promote uniform and scalable clinical education, enabling external partners to activate resources based on regional requirements.
Optimize integrated pathways across business units to support Enterprise Solutions and Services.
Collaborate effectively with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in educational standards.
Engage and manage diverse audiences to contribute to the success of educational programs.
Identify opportunities and proactively overcome challenges in clinical education and market execution.
Work in collaboration with Clinical Affairs & Education teams to provide the necessary training/education presentations and education materials to the programs.
Education and work experience:
DDS, DMD or equivalent degree.
MS, MSC, PHD or MBA degree in correlated areas is preferred.
5 years+ of experience in clinical practice with dental implants and restorative solutions.
3 years+ of experience in supporting training and education initiatives for Implant Dentistry (surgical and restorative).
Proven experience in developing and managing clinical education programs within the healthcare or related industry.
3 years+ of experience in clinical research/evaluation is preferred.
3 years+ of experience managing a team is preferred.
Experience with clinical studies and scientific writing.
Experience with LMS (learning management system).
Strong understanding of implant and restorative solutions, with the ability to translate technical knowledge into educational content.
Ability to collaborate effectively across global and regional teams, driving alignment and consistency in educational standards.
Excellent communication and self-management skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in clinical education and market execution.
Project Management Skills (Project, Asana, Celoxis, etc.) required.
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills required.
Fluency in English is a must.
