If you're passionate about fostering collaboration and driving impactful change, join us!What you will do:Lead Agile adoption, driving cultural shifts toward collaboration and continuous improvement.Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, Product Owners, and leaders.Facilitate Agile practices, structures, and ceremonies, ensuring effective outcomes.Design and deliver Agile training sessions tailored to organizational needs.Support scaling Agile practices across departments, creating best-practice frameworks.Define and track KPIs aligned with Axpo's digitalization strategy to measure success.Foster continuous learning and establish Communities of Practice to drive adoption.What you bring & who you are:Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or similar role.Expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and tools like Atlassian Jira.Skilled in designing and delivering training, with certifications (e.G., SPC, PST) a plus.Knowledge of DevOps practices and metrics to support Agile workflows.Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.Fluent in English and Spanish; German is an advantage.About the team:Join Axpo's Agile Transformation team and be part of a collaborative, results-driven group.
