You'll focus on value co-creation with customer and businesses, crafting and implementing strategic plans, driving significant customer value and accelerating growth for Medtronic.
Your role involves fostering C-Suite relationships, leading and coaching experienced Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and ensuring alignment with revenue goals and cross-business opportunities for own and team's strategic accounts.Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:You will focus on Strategic Account Planning by developing and executing integrated, multi-year account strategies that focus on long-term value co-creation for both the enterprise and the customer:Leading a team of 3 strategic account managers experts in their field, focussing on the regions Galicia, Basque country (Bilbao), Catalonia (Barcelona), Andalusia (Seville).To ensure consistency and alignment you will conduct business reviews, identify new opportunities and coordinate across internal Operating Units (OUs) to align on pan-company strategies.Acting as strategic partner, guiding the organisation to continue the transition from product sales to an outcome-oriented and customer-centric solution selling approach, such as optimizing patient outcomes and improving cost-efficiency in healthcare.In all aspects of your work, you ensure to create differentiated value propositions that are aligned with the customer's future goals.You will succeed by leading collaboration across various departments (e.g.
