As our new Enterprise Account Executive (French speaking), you'll get the opportunity to make a major impact on our company growth through generating new business for our Formalize product.
You'll be responsible for:
Manage a complex sales process from lead generation and discovery, to contract negotiation and close, with multiple C-Level stakeholders.Engage with prospects to position our Formalize product through strategic, consultative, and value-based selling.Identifying, onboarding and nurturing high-potential partners.Execute and deliver against revenue targets and KPIs provided by leadership.Provide customized and impactful demonstrations of Formalize solutions to prospects, addressing their specific needs and priorities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and revenue generation.Qualifications and expectations towards you: 3-5 years of experience within complex enterprise B2B Sales (preferably SaaS experience) and a track record of overachieving targets (Euro 1M /year ARR).Experience in closing large deals (+75.000k) and long sales cycles.Experience with multithreading, building business cases and using MEDDIC / MEDDPIC methodologies.Experience selling to buyers within either Compliance, IT or Finance, and on C-level.A cross-functional and team-oriented mindset.Great communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.Able to work 40 hours per week in our Madrid office.Native fluency in French and professional fluency in English.It's seen as an advantage, if: You have experience with collaborating with law firms, compliance and cybersecurity professionals.You have been working with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.The opportunity and what we offer: A high focus on your career path, including a Sales Enablement team who supports our Sales organisation and a levelling-system.Be part of a fast-growing international SaaS company.High level of trust and autonomy.Be part of a social, diverse and international team.
