Hastening the transition to universally accessible and affordable healthcare requires a specialised and deeply ambitious approach, to ensure the leading innovators, those pulling forward the future of healthcare, can safely get the best versions of life-changing technology to the people who need it.About this role:Following our receipt of government designations allowing us to perform conformity assessments for software and AI medical devices in the UK and Europe, we are now scaling our team of Software Safety Assessors. Whilst our existing team continues to develop Version 2 of our proprietary assessment tooling, we're hiring more Software Safety Assessors to perform assessments on the next wave of cutting-edge Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).Your responsibilities:Develop, manage, and close high-value customer relationships to convert qualified leads into long-term customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to unlock value.Work closely with customer solutions engineering to conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored and creative solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with our ambitious goals and targets.Collaborate cross-functionally to share your customer insights and help us continually improve our offerings and approach.The key skills:You have 3+ years as an Account Executive or similar sales role in a B2B environment, preferably within a regulated industry.You have deep customer empathy and are able to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.You've successfully closed complex high-value contracts.You should be driven, flexible and creative as you help test new ideas to find what works best in our pursuit of a truly customer-centric sales process.You have unrivalled communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.You have experience working in a regulated industry.The Interview ProcessAt Scarlet, we have built our interview processes to ensure you get to fully understand the role and Scarlet's culture, and to ensure we get to know about your skills, expertise, and who you are.
