Job Description We are looking for a proven Enterprise Software Sales Professional to play a key role in executing our strategic accounts sales strategy. This position will be responsible for selling solutions and rapidly growing SaaS revenue within the Spanish market – both net new and expansion. A proven track record of delivering sales results with tenacity, accountability, high energy, integrity and discipline is crucial to success on the Enterprise Sales team.
Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Sell the EcoVadis solution and service to new and existing customers in Spain
Further build out the EcoVadis sales strategy in Spain. Potentially Portugal too.
Serve as player/coach as team expands
Work with Partnership and Alliances, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful penetration of Spanish markets
Execute a solution-based sales process encompassing multiple groups within a strategic account
Define account strategies that enable sales velocity through controlled and well managed sales-cycles
Builds relationships with key executives (CPO, Procurement leadership, ESG, Sustainability, Third Party Risk Management) within assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the EcoVadis solution
Participation and involvement in applicable industry conferences both internal and external
Speaker in numerous conferences and events which will also drive your career growth and professionalization
Qualifications Minimum 5 to 10 years sales experience and min. 3 years selling enterprise software to F1000 companies
Experience / good understanding of ESG / Sustainability software solutions or experience in selling supplier relationship management tools or in procurement.
Experience selling to Procurement, Sustainability, Third Party Risk Management, Compliance personas in Spain.
High understanding of the Spanish market.
Track record of successfully exceeding $1m USD in yearly ARR quota
Able to develop and execute sales strategies involving multiple stake-holders, with a natural ability to rapidly identify and form relationships with decision makers
Ability to connect the dots among partners and your own contacts to fasten sales cycle and get to the ultimate decision maker
Proven ability to engage, build and manage C-level and Executive relationships. Well connected profile is a plus.
Exceptional presentation skills
Highly proficient in the use of Saleforce.com
Highly professional written and oral communication skills required
Ability to work well in an international team environment
University degree required
Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
