ENS Governance Risk & Compliance AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our growing team at RingCentral. As an ENS GRC Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization meets National Security Framework (ENS) regulatory requirements and maintains a strong risk management framework. Job Scope:Develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance strategies and policies for the ENS certificationParticipate in ENS internal and external compliance audits and provide necessary support and documentationAct as a liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure timely and accurate submission of compliance reportsEnsure implementation of the technical cyber security controls identified in the ENS GAP Analysis for RingCentralReview of the current regulatory framework and current implemented security measuresStay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure complianceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all areas of the organization are compliantMonitor and track compliance activities to ensure they are completed in a timely mannerCreate and maintain documentation related to ENS compliance processes and proceduresParticipate in the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks and risk analysis using the MAGERIT methodology in accordance with the MAGERIT methodology and the PILAR support programCommunicate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as neededAnalyze and report on compliance metrics to senior managementAct as a subject matter expert on ENS compliance matters and provide guidance to other team membersContinuously review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulations and industry standardsQualifications:Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate themExperience with ISO 27001 frameworkStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work individually and in collaboration with the teamStrong organizational, project management and time management skills.About RingCentralRingCentral, Inc. If you are hired in Colorado, California, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, or Rhode Island, the hourly rate of compensation ranges between $28.00 and $30.00 per hour for contract employees. This rate may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
