.Say hello to possibilities.ENS Governance Risk & Compliance AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our growing team at RingCentral. As an ENS GRC Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization meets National Security Framework (ENS) regulatory requirements and maintains a strong risk management framework. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about compliance and have a keen eye for detail. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles, we want to hear from you!Job Scope:Develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance strategies and policies for the ENS certification.Participate in ENS internal and external compliance audits and provide necessary support and documentation.Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure timely and accurate submission of compliance reports.Ensure implementation of the technical cyber security controls identified in the ENS GAP Analysis for RingCentral.Review of the current regulatory framework and current implemented security measures.Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all areas of the organization are compliant.Monitor and track compliance activities to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.Create and maintain documentation related to ENS compliance processes and procedures.Participate in the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks and risk analysis using the MAGERIT methodology.Communicate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.Analyze and report on compliance metrics to senior management.Act as a subject matter expert on ENS compliance matters and provide guidance to other team members.Continuously review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulations and industry standards.Qualifications:Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Experience with ISO 27001 framework.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work individually and in collaboration with the team.Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.About RingCentralRingCentral, Inc.
