As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in promoting Hult's top-ranked Master's Programs across France and francophone countries.
This role primarily involves Application Management, Data Tracking, Sales, and Event/Project Participation, engaging with prospective students, their counselors, and the Hult Enrollment team.
Native or fluent French language skills are essential for successful communication with applicants and stakeholders in these regions.
Success in this role (KPIs) is determined through converted applications and year-over-year increases in student matriculation.
Application Management: GUIDE students through the application process, setting deadlines and expectations for their application materials.
NURTURE applicants' engagement, knowledge, and excitement for our PG program as much as possible.
EXEMPLIFY Hult's welcoming environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
CONNECT frequently and effectively with students and counselors through emails, phone calls, text, and WhatsApp communication to ensure timely application completion.
COLLABORATE with the Enrollment Advisor and the Admissions team to identify any additional information or documents required from the student.
Data Tracking: MANAGE a large volume of applications using Salesforce CRM.
ORGANIZE applicant materials like transcripts, personal statements, and letters of recommendation.
EVALUATE application materials to ensure they meet Admissions requirements.
CONVERT applications from partial to completed status, maintaining strong year-over-year conversion rates.
UPDATE Salesforce with school and counselor contact information as needed.
TRACK team activity results by creating online campaigns and uploading relevant leads.
REACH out to candidates who have shown interest in our program to determine fit.
SHARE key information with candidates, aligning with their interests and motivating them to start their application.
PROMOTE opportunities for prospective students to learn more about the Hult community through events such as Virtual Open Houses, Masterclasses, and more.
SUPPORT the Enrollment team with projects and events, including fairs, Counselor Fly-ins, Accepted Students Dinners, outreach campaigns, and more.
