English (Us) Customer Care & Fashion Advisor (F/M/D)–Late Shift - Barcelona | M-148

To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English Late Shift (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market.
Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
Answering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails).
Providing best-in-class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business.
Continuous improvement of internal processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product/customer related issues.
WORKING HOURS The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the position's hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.
WHO YOU ARE Have excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level; additional languages are a plus.
Have first experience in customer care or any other service-oriented industry.
Conscientiousness when dealing with customer data.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork.
Proactive, good organizational skills, and time management.
Working computer skills required (MS-Office).
Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
