To support our Customer Care team we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English late shift (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market.Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.Answering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails).Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business.Continuous improvement of internal processes.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product/customer related issues.Training and Working Hours:- The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the positions hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.WHO YOU AREHave excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level; additional languages are a plus.Have a first experience in the customer care or any other service-oriented industry.Conscientiousness when dealing with customer-data.Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork.Proactive, good organizational skills and time management.Working computer skills required (MS-Office).Experience with ticketing systems preferred.WHAT WE OFFERUp to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days (excluding public holidays and weekends).Mobile office / Mobile office abroad (Job and position permitting).Language & e-learning courses.Staff discount.Flexible remuneration benefits (ticket restaurant, transport and child care – redirect a set sum of your monthly (gross) salary directly towards the different tickets).Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms.Private health insurance.Individual support on mental health & well-being.WHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
