We are an English academy in Madrid looking for native-level (C2) English teachers to join our team.Job Description: We're seeking a dynamic, proactive person with relevant qualifications and/or experience in education to teach young learners. The ideal candidate should be able to teach students of all ages, fostering their English skills in an engaging, supportive environment.We offer:Social Security contract / Student Visa compatible20+ hours a weekA positive, supportive working environmentA company run by teachers who understand your needsPaid holidaysOpportunities for professional career growth and extra hours (Examiner, Business classes, training…)Duties:Planning and preparing engaging lessons.Teaching in two locations:Monday to Thursday (16:15-21:15): At our academy in Majadahonda, Madrid.Friday (14:00-17:00): At a location in Villanueva de la Cañada.Tracking students' progress and ensuring their consistent improvement.Communicating with the coordination team for resources, questions, or concerns.Required Qualifications:Dynamic, proactive attitude to create a positive learning environment.Prior experience teaching or working with young children.Native-level English proficiency (C2).Teaching Certificate (TEFL/CELTA/DELTA…)Comfort and confidence working with all children, especially aged 3-8.Availability in the afternoons and evenings.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeExperience working with Business Students (additional hours available)Why Join Us?
