It Sounds Fun is looking for a part-time English teacher and administrative assistant for our Jerez academy.Mondays to Fridays, hours from 16-20h (16-19.15 on Fridays).
These are group classes, mainly with children of primary and secondary age.
Some classes are Cambridge exam preparation classes including 2nd year B2 level (more information will be given during the interview).
We also use the Jolly Phonics method with our younger learners.
You will learn about all our different levels, books and digital resources, and be able to substitute classes when needed.
You will also help the director with other administrative duties, correcting exams, preparing resources and documents, etc.
We provide constant training, support, and feedback throughout the course.
You will be able to observe classes and receive feedback when you teach.
We follow the school calendar in Jerez, with all normal school holidays (paid).
The course started on September 13th, and we are now looking for someone as a substitute for when teachers are away or ill, and also to help our director.
The course finishes mid-June 2025.
We have a great team at ISF, and all resources are provided.
We also provide a uniform.
Experience with teaching children and teaching English in general is required.
Experience with Cambridge English exams is a bonus.
