Salary: €39,200 OTE (with a basic of €35,000 + uncapped commission) + relocation of €3,500 paid with first month salary
The Role: Working on behalf of one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world!
Last year, they achieved record sales of over half a billion euros, and they are still growing!
They are looking for fantastic salespeople to join their ever-expanding team.
What You'll Do: Cold call potential independent retailers. Show them the benefits of a business partnership with the company. Identify key decision-makers and quickly build strong relationships with them. Understand their needs and close sales on the B2B offer. About You: You have tons of charisma, catching people's attention and engaging them in conversation with ease.
You love meeting and beating targets.
You embrace rejection and bounce back quickly—always pushing forward.
You are a natural salesperson who can change people's minds.
You have a third-level qualification (i.e., Degree, etc.
).
What We Offer: Salary: €39,200 OTE (with a basic of €35,000 + uncapped commission) Holidays: 37 days, including public holidays, with an option to earn more. Company Pension: 4% of your salary. Location: Full-time, office-based role in our Barcelona office, with relocation support offered.
