The Wise Seeker is the leading HR technology company in unbiased talent evaluation.With over 15 years in the industry analyzing the needs and demands of the job market, we are capable of identifying the best talent for each company thanks to our team of professionals and our SaaS platform integrated with Artificial Intelligence.We are efficient, evaluate talent objectively without bias, and close hiring times in record time, delivering optimal results.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize, coordinate, and lead projects from start to finish.Plan resources in detail on a weekly and monthly basis.Manage project scope and objectives.Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication.Monitor and track project progress.Coordinate and ensure compliance with quality standards.Distribute updates and information from the project sponsor.Align project goals with the organization's broader business and IT objectives.Adhere to budget constraints and delivery timelines.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in Project Management.Strong knowledge of Waterfall methodology, project life cycle management, and risk mitigation strategies.Proven ability to create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and efficiently allocate resources using MS Project.Experience with budget planning, financial tracking, and delivering projects within budget constraints.Effective communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment.Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations, gathering requirements, and fostering positive relationships.Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs, ensuring project continuity and success.Experience implementing ERP for HR projects (a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Online (knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus).Fluency in English; Dutch knowledge is an advantage.Location: Antwerp, Belgium #LI-YM1#J-18808-Ljbffr
