For our office in Costa Blanca, we are searching for new Real Estate Agents to join our team! We provide our agents with the tools and support they need to succeed. Our dedicated back-office team handles developments, legal matters, and administration, allowing our trained professional agents to focus on what they do best: serving our clients. Why Work With Us? Earn €6,000-9,000/month, with top agents exceeding €18,000/month.
Financial support for the first 3 months to build your pipeline.
Pre-qualified leads and pre-booked meetings to boost sales.
Access to updated property info (price lists, floor plans, etc.).
Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
We handle marketing and admin - focus solely on sales.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to clients from initial contact to property acquisition.
Conduct online meetings and create personalized property tours.
Show properties, negotiate deals, and assist clients with legal representation.
Keep clients updated on property and market changes.
About You: Some real estate experience or knowledge of Costa Blanca.
Fluent English, with additional proficiency in Polish, Hungarian, Czech, French, or Dutch.
Currently residing in Costa Blanca.
Preference for selling new build properties over resales.
Proven sales track record with a strong drive to meet targets.
What we offer:

Choose a 30-35% commission or a guaranteed €1,000/month with 20% commission.

Application Process: Initial Selection: All candidates will be assessed based on submitted information.
Screening: Selected candidates will be contacted for a brief screening interview.
In-Person Interview: If selected, you'll meet our Sales Manager, Jacques, in Alicante.
Follow-Up: Candidates will receive feedback within seven days after the interview.
