We are expanding our team of B2B Sales Representatives and Tech Sales Representatives and are looking for talented professionals to join us on this exciting journey. Role Overview:As a B2B Sales Representative or Tech Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective and existing clients to sell, upsell, and retain cloud services. You'll use your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to analyze business needs, propose tailored solutions, and educate clients on how to best leverage our products. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage with new leads to introduce our cloud solutions. Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose customized cloud solutions. Upselling & Renewals: Drive business growth by upselling and ensuring smooth renewals. Client Support & Troubleshooting: Address client concerns, resolving technical issues or escalating as needed. Client Education: Help clients fully understand the value of our cloud products and how they can optimize their operations. What You Bring: Experience: 2+ years of proven sales and technical experience (preferably in cloud solutions). Language Skills: C1 proficiency in English (native preferred or certified non-native). Strong business English communication is key. Key Skills & Competencies: Accountability and results-driven approach. Excellent written communication for client engagement and proposals. Persuasiveness to drive sales and influence decisions. PC Knowledge and comfort with various software applications, browsers, and cloud products.
