Job Title: Engineering Worker (General)
An Engineering Worker is responsible for maintaining the building and facilities and executing preventative maintenance schedules to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
What will I be doing?
As an Engineering Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the building and facilities, addressing issues, and maintaining tools and equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Maintaining the building and facilities (interior and exterior areas)
Completing Guest room requests and maintenance schedules on time
Operating and maintaining relevant engineering tools and equipment
Assisting with the delivery of other related services
Keeping a daily log of tasks
Preparing a preventative maintenance schedule
Taking measurements, installing fixtures, and making necessary adjustments
Ensuring quality inspections are carried out in line with company standards
Building good relationships with internal and external customers
Performing special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Following all Health and Safety rules within the Department and the hotel

A trade qualification in any of the engineering sub-specialties (e.g., carpenter, electrician, etc.) will be an asset
